Used for the analysis of reducing sugars in cane juice samples, bagasse, crystals, liquid sugar, food and beverages, fruits, etc. Uses a platinum electrode which replaces methylene blue as an indicator of the final titration point, improving accuracy and repeatability of the traditional Fehling analysis.
