CSL Evaporator
- Steep Evaporators are used to produce Corn Steep Liquor (CSL) which contains high amounts
- of protein and minerals.
- The CSL is then added to the corn fiber in order to increase its protein content.
- If you let corn steep liquor drain into the sewer system, this will cause significant mass
- losses as well as environmental challenges.
- CSL evaporators will increase a minimum of 6% on dry base and eliminate any liquid discharge emission.
- It will eliminate the need for vast sewer refining plants.
- Provides an energy-efficient operation with an exhaust vapor dryer option.
